Training/Internships
Over the years we’ve offered OJT/Internship opportunities to hospitality students by partnering with several local training facilities as well as in the past we have run an exchange program with the Cambridge Mill Restaurant in Ontario Canada.
The exchange program with Cambridge allowed us to send members of our staff to their facility to gain training in service and fine dining and to get exposure to a different culture. We provided the same to their staff members. This was run every year for a few months at a time.
Locally we’ve partnered with The School for the Deaf, TTHTI, MUST Program & Servol.
Consultation
We provide on-location as well as in-house training sessions at Mary on various aspects of the service industry.
Some of these include:

- Etiquette Training – offered to Secondary Schools.
Schools done in the past include Bishop Anstey High School, St. Joseph Convent POS, Trinity College & St. Anthony’s College - Bar Service
- Food Service
- General Customer Service
- Etiquette Training – offered to Secondary Schools.
We provide consultation on kitchen design (commercial & residential) and menu planning.
Teaching Kitchen/Cooking Classes
Our newly remodeled Teaching kitchen is here and ready for classes! Thus far, we’ve run a July/August kids cooking class where we taught cooking and baking basics.
More classes are in the works and dates will be announced soon.
